PROGRAM:
The trip begins with a departure from the hotel, followed by a visit to Wat Chalong, Phuket’s most revered temple. Continue to a traditional cashew nut factory before exploring Chinpracha Mansion, a Sino-Portuguese house featured in films like The Heaven and Earth and Young Indiana Jones.
Take a walk through Old Phuket Town, visit a historic Chinese temple, and learn about Chinese influence on the island. Then head to Rang Hill for panoramic views of the city and stop for photos at the Big Golden Buddha.
After visiting a pearl factory, enjoy a traditional Thai lunch. In the afternoon, explore a typical farmhouse, see rice paddies and pineapple fields, and watch demonstrations of rubber tapping, rice milling, and Thai curry making.
The day ends with a return to the hotel.
