PROGRAM:
Start the program at Nakkerd Hill to visit the stunning “Big Buddha”. Enjoy a marvelous view over Chalong and Southern Phuket then proceed to Wat Chalong, Phuket’s most revered monastery. Heading to Traditional Cashew nut Factory, then smells and taste of these freshly made cashew nuts will not spoil your appetite for lunch. Visit the oldest Chinese Temple in Phuket Town and learn about the Chinese influence on the Island. Visit a 100 years old Chinese mansion (Sino-Portuguese Style) where the movie “Young Indiana Jones” and “Heaven and Earth” were filmed. After lunch, visit typical farmhouse and demonstration of rubber sheets at a local plantation. Afterwards, experience feeding to lovely buffaloes. You will see how rice is planted, grown and all other work associated with rice, Asia’s staple food. Soft drink will be provided as you enjoy a lifestyle very different from all tourist resort.
