PROGRAM:
An exclusive Krabi tour that's big on mediation, spirituality and revitalising the body and soul. You'll get to wallow in the natural therapeutic hot springs of Sa Morakot in the jungle and then climb to the landmark Tiger Cave Temple for Golden Buddhas and epic views over the valley.
It's therapy for the body and mind first, with a well-deserved visit to Sa Morakot. You'll arrive before the crowds to enhance the experience. Relax and watch water cascade into the mineral-rich hot springs burrowed over time in rainforest peat swamps. A typical Thai lunch near the Emerald Pool rounds off the visit.
In the afternoon, you'll head to the Kiriwong valley to give your legs and lungs a workout before some therapy for the mind and spirit. It's a 1,137-step climb to Wat Tham Suea – or Tiger Cave Temple – but the views over the valley, Krabi and the sea are well worth the effort as are the Insta-perfect Golden Buddhas. You'll also learn about the monks' unique insightful meditation techniques.
