Morning class
Morning: Thai Cooking Experience Begin your journey with a pickup in a traditional Songthaew, setting the tone for an immersive local experience. At the local market, you’ll choose fresh ingredients under the guidance of our expert chef, learning about the flavors that make Thai cuisine uniquely delicious. Back at our garden kitchen, you’ll engage in a hands-on cooking class where you’ll prepare a variety of traditional dishes. Conclude the morning with a communal lunch, enjoying the dishes you’ve created.
Afternoon: Bamboo Rafting and Nature Exploration After lunch, the adventure continues to the serene Wang Kiang Koo River. Here, you'll step onto a bamboo raft, gently paddling through the calm waters surrounded by verdant forests. The peaceful river journey offers a chance to unwind and soak in the natural beauty. Midway, enjoy a refreshing swim. After that transfer back to hotel.
 
Afternoon Class
Begin your adventure with a serene journey along the Wang Kiang Koo River. You’ll board a traditional bamboo raft and glide through the calm waters, surrounded by lush forests. Halfway through, enjoy a refreshing swim in the cool water. After your rafting experience, you’ll be transferred to the local market to meet our expert chef and get ready for the next part of your day.
After your relaxing adventure, it’s time to dive into the world of Thai cuisine! Our chef will guide you through the local market to select fresh ingredients, introducing you to the unique flavors that define Thai cooking. Then, head to our garden kitchen for a hands-on cooking class, where you’ll prepare a variety of traditional Thai dishes. Your day concludes with a communal dinner, enjoying the delicious meal you’ve created before your transfer back to the hotel.
