The food of northern Thailand is very different from the rest of the country. Traditionally, northern families eat dinner sitting on the floor around a khantoke, a small circular table.

On this evening excursion you enjoy a meal of several northern dishes along with a graceful show of northern Thai dancing, including the sword dance, candle dance, fingernail dance and the Ramwong, which you will be invited to join. Later, a special hill tribe show features dances from the various hill tribes of northern Thailand.
